HOW TO ORDER • Select if you would like first name only or first + middle name from the drop down menu • Select a size from the drop down menu •In the personalization section write down the name, fonts, colors and stain for the sign. •Proceed to checkout!
PROOFS We will send a font mock up within 48 business hours to make sure you love the font. If we do not hear back within 24 hours after the mock up is sent we will assume you like the font and proceed with the order. Turnaround time will start after the design is approved.
TURNAROUND TIME We will ship your sign in 2 weeks or less after the proof has been approved or 23 hours have last after proof has been sent.
REFUND POLICY We will accept refunds before the proof has been sent. If we have sent the proof and you need to still refund an item a 25% fee will be applied.
